Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers across varied industries. You'll receive training, target small and medium businesses, and promote supplemental insurance products.

You will schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and develop your own client portfolio while working with a sales team to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside direct sales role with comprehensive training.
• Requires dedication to helping people and resilience.
• License in health and life insurance preferred or obtainable with company support.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and territory development using the Salesforce CRM.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present products to SMBs and employees; follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio; track activity and results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience

Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain)
