Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with comprehensive training.
• Prior sales experience is not required.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a client portfolio by visiting local businesses.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with owners and decision-makers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity.
• Work with sales manager to set and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain weekly schedule and report daily activity.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.
