Job summary

You will introduce supplemental insurance solutions, engage decision-makers, and sometimes present to groups of 50–100+ people. A license or plan to obtain one is required to service clients.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state, or willing to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to discuss insurance needs with clients
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Meet sales targets with the team and manage your weekly schedule
• Record daily activity and sales progress
