Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative in Texas to grow a portfolio by engaging small to mid-size businesses. You will receive comprehensive training to sell top-tier supplemental insurance to business owners and their staff, with a mix of one-on-one and audience presentations across diverse sectors.

You'll manage leads in Salesforce, schedule meetings, visit clients, and work with your manager to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with excellent training program.
• No prior experience required, though related sales or athletic background is considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly goals.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
