Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative to promote supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You’ll receive comprehensive training and the autonomy to manage your own schedule while building a diverse client portfolio.

You will engage in one-on-one and group presentations, visit local businesses, and drive growth across your territory. Prior sales experience is not required, and licenses can be obtained with company support.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales results daily.

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience
