Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training program.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study course provided).
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered if close to degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your client portfolio and achieve targets with the team.
