Qualifications

• Extensive classroom and field training provided.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Plan weekly schedule and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Record daily sales activity and update metrics.
