Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain) with licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referral leads.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics.
