You’ll thrive on direct engagement, one-on-one discussions, and occasional group presentations. The role emphasizes independence, schedule control, and continuous growth, with a focus on building a personal client portfolio and meeting sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and results.
