Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background considered).
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training and fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with potential clients.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Record daily activity and work toward monthly/quarterly sales targets.
