Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative to drive growth by introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and their workforce. The role involves both one-on-one meetings with decision-makers and group presentations, with comprehensive training provided.

You will manage your own schedule, visit local businesses, and work with the sales team to hit monthly targets while building a personal client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study course provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager support.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
