Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven, entry-level territory sales representative to promote supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You will receive comprehensive training and the autonomy to manage your own schedule while expanding your client base across your territory.

The role emphasizes direct engagement, from one-on-one discussions with decision-makers to group presentations, with a focus on growth, independence, and long-term advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
