Qualifications

• Active pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance Producer or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Manage your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager; record daily activity.
