Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to engage small and mid-sized businesses with supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll receive comprehensive training, manage your own schedule, and conduct both one-on-one and group presentations across local territories.

The role emphasizes hands-on client engagement, relationship building, and goal-driven performance with support for licensing and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (study provided).
• Proven ability to engage clients and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to management.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
