Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post‑high school work experience required.
• Active sales interest and ability to learn rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your territory network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
