Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth by reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses and presenting top-tier supplemental insurance solutions. Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered if near completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; report it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
