Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative for an entry-level role focused on introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce. You’ll receive comprehensive training and have autonomy to manage your own schedule while conquering new territories.

You will engage in direct outreach, one-on-one discussions, and group presentations, delivering product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
