Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated territory-based sales representative in the United States. You will receive comprehensive training and engage small and medium-sized businesses to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions.

Expect a mix of one-on-one meetings, phone, email, and live presentations to groups of 50–100+ stakeholders. You control your schedule and advance through performance-based growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales team.
• Visit new businesses, develop local relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
