Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive top-tier supplemental insurance solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. You will receive comprehensive training and operate in a dynamic territory with autonomy to manage your schedule.

You will engage decision-makers, conduct client meetings, and build a growing portfolio while partnering with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (close to degree completion considered).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily sales activity and update progress.
• Deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+.
• Coordinate weekly schedules with your sales manager.
