Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level territory-based sales representative to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and their workforce. You'll undergo comprehensive training and manage your own schedule, with opportunities to travel within your territory.

You'll use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, perform product showcases to groups, and build your client portfolio while working toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided, licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; recent graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Work with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
