Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative for a comprehensive entry-level role focused on introducing supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You will receive extensive training and manage a dynamic schedule across a defined territory, engaging decision-makers through calls, visits, and group presentations.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (considered if near degree)

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network within territory
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, re-service existing clients
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Set and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with team
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to manager
• Record daily activity and sales stats
