Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new territory by meeting business owners and decision-makers face-to-face. You will be trained to present supplemental insurance products while building a portfolio of clients and managing relationships across multiple sectors.

You will collaborate with a sales team, set monthly targets, and demonstrate a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role in a new territory.
• Willing to train and develop skills in direct sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory to meet clients.
• Proactive in meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person calls.
• Meet with owners, benefits managers, and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on referrals.
• Visit new businesses and nurture existing client relationships.
• Record daily activity and progress toward targets.
