Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products for employees.

Training is comprehensive, with ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned sellers alike. Expect to build your own client portfolio, schedule and conduct product presentations, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets within a structured team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license required (or willing to obtain).
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with business owners and decision-makers within assigned territory.
• Promote supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and employees.
• Schedule meetings and conduct product presentations for groups of 50–100+.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text; build client portfolio.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager support.
