Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a territory-based sales representative for an entry-level role with comprehensive training. You will engage small and medium businesses to introduce supplemental insurance solutions, performing both one-on-one and group presentations across various sectors.

You will manage your own schedule, aim to meet sales targets, and build a growing client portfolio while enjoying opportunities for advancement and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Background check conducted prior to employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or equivalent sales/athletic background).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule, submit hours, and record daily sales activity.
