Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and benefits managers.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and track activity.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via multiple channels.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Visit new businesses and re-service existing clients as needed.
• Record daily sales activity and plan weekly schedules.
