Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in the United States is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales representative to grow a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, promote supplemental insurance products, and build your own client portfolio through training and coaching.

This role offers comprehensive classroom and field training, a focus on achievable targets, and potential for growth with performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Active driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Promote supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and employees.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio through ongoing outreach.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and maintain records in CRM.
• Plan weekly schedules and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
