Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry‑level outside sales professional to build a new territory. You will generate a book of business through in-person visits, target small and mid‑sized businesses, and work with a driven sales team to acquire and retain clients.

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products, while training is provided to help you succeed in a competitive, results‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and provide solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners.
• Record daily sales activity and maintain client portfolios.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and customers.
