Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Donna, TX seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and mid-size businesses. You will train extensively and manage your own schedule while traveling to local prospects.

You'll conduct one-on-one meetings with decision-makers and deliver group product showcases, building a personal client portfolio and meeting monthly targets with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and meet sales targets.
