The role blends personal engagement with occasional group presentations and offers autonomy to manage your own schedule.

You will undergo extensive training, use Salesforce to build a client portfolio, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with draws, commissions, and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in your resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
