Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level territory-based sales representative focused on introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and their workforce. You will engage decision-makers, deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+ attendees, and receive extensive training.

You will gain autonomy to manage your schedule, visit local businesses, and build a growing client portfolio with strong growth opportunities and performance-based

Qualifications

• Complete pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post‑high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly work schedule to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
