You will build your own client portfolio, manage schedules, visit local businesses, and collaborate with the sales team to set targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
