Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support a project management team on active construction sites. You will help with documentation, submittals, logs, and daily coordination to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of construction-related experience; training or education combined with work experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with PM and field teams.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and construction drawings.
• Prepare logs and reports for construction meetings.
• Ensure timely subcontractor contracts and manuals.
• Support quality control and project documentation.
• Interact with subcontractors and assist with on-site coordination.
• Assist with job information sheets and project files.
• Support payroll data accuracy with the team.
• Attend meetings with clients and vendors as needed.
