Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for entry-level growth on major national projects. You will support the Project Manager with administrative and construction duties on active sites.

The role emphasizes learning the essentials of project management, documentation control, and coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and field personnel. A bachelor’s in construction management and at least 1 year in a related role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Assist with subcontractor contracts and owner/maintenance manuals.
• Ensure adherence to quality control plans and project policies.
