Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in TX, Pflugerville, to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. The role focuses on administration, documentation, and coordination to help deliver projects safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with PM, vendors and field personnel.
• Maintain change orders and logs for drawings and meetings.
