Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. The role focuses on admin tasks, document control, and coordinating subcontractor activities to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with managers, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support PM by coordinating activities and maintaining logs.
• Prepare logs and docs for construction meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
