Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will handle administrative tasks, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes to help keep projects on schedule.

You will learn planning, coordination, and documentation while assisting with change orders, subcontractor contracts, and Owner/Maintenance Manuals. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and at least 1 year of construction experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer tools including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain change orders, submittal and drawing control logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare and issue subcontractors’ contracts and ensure timely delivery of Owner/Maintenance Manuals.
• Support field personnel and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
