Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to learn and grow within a leading electrical contractor on high-profile projects. You will support the Project Management team with administrative tasks and construction documentation, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

You will handle submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and logs, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in maintaining quality, schedules, and safety standards on active sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring policies are followed.
• Maintain change orders, submittals, and document (drawing) control logs; prepare logs for meetings.
• Prepare and submit subcontracts; ensure timely delivery of Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure project quality control plan is followed and updated.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for correct Owner and Maintenance Manuals documentation.
• Maintain Warranty Log; attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Support field personnel and monitor other contractors' progress.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
• Prepare price change orders and project reports; coordinate payroll information.
