Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team on active construction sites. You will help with documentation, planning, coordination, and contract submittals under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field with 1 year of construction exposure, strong organization, and MS Office proficiency. This role offers on-site work, travel up to 25%, and growth within a leading employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 1 year of construction-related experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning and coordination.
• Maintain change orders, logs, and ensure quality control plan adherence.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
