Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role provides hands-on learning and exposure to submittals, RFIs, and project documentation, with opportunities to grow as you develop competency.

You will assist with planning, coordinating, and problem-resolution while supporting field personnel and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Can be combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support Project Manager by coordinating planning and resolving issues.
• Maintain change orders and logs; prepare project meeting materials.
• Assist in creating subcontractor contracts and owner manuals.
• Contribute to quality control and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Interact with subcontractors and clients to obtain required docs.
