Rosendin Electric is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will handle documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes while coordinating with field personnel and subcontractors.

The role focuses on learning project management, maintaining logs, and ensuring quality control in a dynamic environment with a strong ownership culture and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience accepted.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders and document logs; prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare required submittal logs and other project documentation for meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractors' contracts.
• Assemble Owner and Maintenance Manuals deliveries.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Interact with subcontractors for correct documentation and drawings.
• Attend meetings with clients and vendors; provide PM support.
• Assist field personnel and monitor other contractors' progress.
