Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience is required or considered.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Producer license; training and fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
