Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to drive growth across a dedicated territory. You will be trained to present leading supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees, meeting 50–100+ attendees when needed.

The role emphasizes self-discipline, resilience, and a customer-first approach. You will work with a sales manager and team, set weekly schedules, and build your own client portfolio through local businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit sales targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
• Present products to groups of 50–100+ when applicable.
