Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated territory-based sales representative to drive outreach to SMBs across diverse sectors. You will receive comprehensive training to equip you for success in presenting top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforces.

The role combines personal client engagement with occasional group presentations, offering autonomy in scheduling, strong earning potential through commissions, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training and support.
• Requires pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• State Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand territory networks.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily performance and sales activity.”
