Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain daily activity logs.
