Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual for an entry-level outside direct sales role covering a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, with trainings provided to support newcomers and seasoned pros alike.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build a growing client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
