Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional to join our team. You will train in a direct sales role targeting small and medium businesses, meeting with owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

The role includes daily field activities, CRM use, scheduling and following up with clients, and working with a sales manager to reach monthly targets.

Qualifications

• This entry-level outside direct sales role.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance Producer (or willingness to obtain) with study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs.
• Present products to individuals and groups of 50–100+ people.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Maintain weekly schedule and submit activity reports daily.
