Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional for an outside direct sales role. You will train to target small and medium businesses, meet with owners and decision-makers, and promote supplemental insurance products to businesses and employees.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and expand your professional network.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity; collaborate with your sales manager to set targets.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
