Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales representative to prospect and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses. You will be trained and supported as you target business owners, benefits managers, and employees, presenting supplemental insurance products and services.

A strong drive, adaptability, and people skills are essential for success. You will manage leads via Salesforce, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio while hitting monthly

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; degree within 6 months of completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
