Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. Training will be provided to develop skills and support for both newcomers and experienced sales reps.

You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products for both businesses and employees. You will use Salesforce CRM for lead generation and relationship building, schedule meetings, and visit local businesses to grow your client

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
