Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive outreach to small and medium-sized businesses. You will receive comprehensive training on introducing supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce, with opportunities for one-on-one and group presentations.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio while earning commissions and a draw pay plan.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and re-service existing clients.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
